Introduction
A mbal Jewel House, the Parent Company of the Group, is the main financier of its groups operations. Operating from its own premises, situated in the business hub of Colombo, comprises of 5 floor levels.
Ambal Jewel House (AJH) main activity is manufacture of 22k gold ornaments to local & foreign customers, to suite their liking as well as export of 18K Jewellery & Gem, chiefly to Canada and has plan to open its outlet there. Gems are exported to Europe & Far East in the form of cut & polished stones.

Sakthi International (Pvt) Ltd., (SIPL) is one of the major exporters to the Indian Subcontinent & the Middle East, during the past 10 years.
SIPL group comprising the following subsidiaries had gradually increased business activities and has posed large volume & turnover of its trading activities and commodities exports during past 4 years

Exporter of Sri Lankan commodities viz Assorted Rubber & Cashew to Pakistan, Egypt & the Middle East.
It has the infrastructure to receive, pack & load the materials and fully equipped with modern machinery to handle the export activities, having its own warehouse of 25,000 sq. ft.

Sakthi Steel (S.S.L)
Mainly handles the export of steel in the form of scrap (HMS/LMS) and moves an enormous volume to Indian Sub-continent and is one major exporter of this commodity.
The company intends exporting other metal scrap viz. Brass & Copper, in the near future, as there is incessant enquiries for these items.
It operates a separate division dealing in the imports of steel scrap in bulk and trans-ship it to India with special approval.
Its forward plan is in the setting up of its own steel plant to turn out ingots and the project is in its preliminary stages and plans ahead to commence operation by 2006.

Sakthi Paper (S.P.L)
The Company’s major activity is export of paper cuts, corrugated carton scraps etc. in the form of bales, having its own series of hydraulic baling press units.
The company is now one major exporter of paper scrap and corrugated carton clips.

Exporter & importers of spices and pulses & a supplier to the local market garlic, dry-chilli salt etc.,
